Digital FTE / Customer support
By MIZU Studio
A Digital FTE for customer support across email, WhatsApp and web, with a shared CRM and specialist AI agents

TechFlow is a customer-success Digital FTE: an AI support system that brings Gmail, WhatsApp and a web form into one workflow. A shared CRM keeps the customer’s history alongside each ticket, while specialist agents triage requests, answer product questions and hand off cases that need human attention.

Triage routes requests to support or escalation. Knowledge-base tools and ticket operations help the agents respond, while escalation records cases for human attention.
Separate workers process queued requests. Database polling provides an alternative when Kafka is unavailable, and API and worker scaling are configured independently.
Follow TechFlow’s architecture in Atlas: 36 components and 81 connections across customer channels, agent handoffs and infrastructure. This is a read-only system map, rather than a live support session.

FastAPI and PostgreSQL connect customer intake to a separate agent worker. Kafka carries events, with database polling as a fallback. The OpenAI Agents SDK handles specialist handoffs, while Docker and Kubernetes manifests define the deployment and separate API/worker scaling.
